The liquid-cooled standard battery module offer energy capacity of 52.249 kWh per unit, which is used for our liquid-cooled 261kWh energy cabinet as buit-in battery, the battery module is constructed using high-performance 314Ah LFP batteries cell in a 1P52S configuration, designed for efficient and reliable energy storage in commercial and industrial applications. Equipped with advanced liquid cooling technology, it maintains a temperature difference of less than 3℃ during operation, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. - Module housing : A robust external case, often made from an aluminum alloy, protects the internal battery components from environmental factors and mechanical damage. Support the battery module with a good mechanical structure.
- Cooling plates : They are thermal management components, which consist of thin metal plate that are placed in close contact with the battery cells.The plates are with both water inlet and outlet to keep water flow for heat dissipation
- Battery Cell :1P52S LFP Battery Cell in 314 Ah,combine 52 cells in series to ensure the safety and make efficient thermal control
- MSD: a critical safety device that provides a physical way to isolate the high-voltage battery pack. Its main functions are to enable safe maintenance, protect against short circuits, and allow for quick emergency shutdown
